Michael Berkowitz hated bridge right up until he loved it. With two World Champion bridge players as parents, conversations at the dinner table often evolved into bridge. Each time that happened, Michael and his sister would charge their parents a quarter, resulting in a fund that helped pay for their education. Michael didn’t get serious about bridge until after college. He worked as a teacher and director at Honors Bridge Club in New York City, and became the Head Director for both Aces and Cavendish Bridge clubs. He’s known as New York’s most-loved director for his friendliness, quick wit, and compassion. Larry Cohen, recognizing Michael’s natural teaching abilities, added him as a valuable member of the “Bridge with Larry Cohen” travel and teaching team where he has earned the respect and appreciation of his students.

December 4 -Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Beautiful sun-kissed beaches and great jewelry shopping. The Dominican Republic is famous for its gorgeous amber.
December 5 - San Juan, Puerto Rico. Visit historic El Morro, explore the sights and sounds of San Juan's old city, enjoy the serene beauty of El Yunque Rainforest.
December 6 - Gustavia, St. Barts. Where Riviera chic meets Caribbean cool...duty-free shopping, excellent dining, secluded palm-fringed cove.
December 7 - Roseau, Dominica. Dominica’s beauty lies in its unspoiled natural landscape — dense rain forests, lush foliage, natural springs and rivers, and tall, smoldering peaks.
December 8 - St. John’s, Antigua. Touting 365 beaches and quaint Colonial architecture, St. John’s is a classic example of the British Caribbean. For a stroll in nature, make your way to Nelson’s Dockyard National Park.
December 9 - Tortola, BVI. Spend a glorious day swimming at Cane Bay Garden Beach, hike the island’s rainforest, swim with dolphins, shop local crafts.
