From the Imperial Palace and Meiji Shrine to the fabled Ginza district, 20th-century Tokyo is an intriguing composite of East and West. Yuppies sporting Walkmen bow formally in greeting. Pros: it is on an ultra luxury ship
Cons: none
Review: what more could I say than my husband and I have liked this cruise line so much that we have sailed more than 400 nights on Silversea.
Top Tier Ship with first class accommodations and excellent service
Pros: Top Tier Ship with first class accommodations and excellent service
Cons: Food had some misses at dinner but overall excellent
Review: Enjoyable cruise with super service. Size of ship made it possible to get to ports that larger ship could not. Tours were included and well done with a variety to choose from.

Pros: Sevice, food,
Cons: Entertainment, shore ecursions
Review: The lounges were great and were always partially empty. The staff for all the lounges and dining venues were excellent. The staff for the tour desk was excellent. Other staff members seemed like they might be new. All were very friendly and were trying hard to please. There were only a few, where I felt it might be a language problem. The cabins were spacious and well planned out. Loved the walk in closet and the spacious bathrooms. The food was excellent with multiple dining options. I especially loved La Dame and felt was outstanding in service and food. Probably one of the best dining experience I've had anywhere! The staff was also very accommodating with getting and changing dinner reservations.
Guest to crew ratio seems to be almost 1:1 as service is amazing
Pros: Guest to crew ratio seems to be almost 1:1 as service is amazing
Cons: Internet needs work to connect to VPN
Review: Cruisers who enjoy days at sea will love this 13 day itinerary. There is time to enjoy relaxation and activities and many dining venues aboard the Silver Moon featuring incredible service. I enjoyed the 4 speakers and their varied lecture topics. My favorite was a former High Court Judge from England who discussed how circumstantial evidence can convict a murderer. I enjoyed the S.A.L.T dining experience. This stands for Sea and Land Taste and features local dishes from the various ports on our journey. The spa offers many treatments from which to choose. I enjoyed a facial. I also enjoyed the many fitness classes. (Yoga and stretch class). I enjoyed time to relax, read, spend quality time with my husband and meet new people. The icing on the cake is the butler service every passenger enjoys. Edmundo took care of our every need including offering to pack and unpack our bags. I found the Silver Moon crew and passengers to be one big happy family. I highly recommend this sailing for anyone who truly loves time on board a luxury ship.
Silver Note was awesome. Great vide and we loved the jazz duo. The rest of the ship's entertainment should have been at this level. We loved the Salt Kitchen and Bar. We would have liked to done the SALT lab but the timing was never right.
Pros: Silver Note was awesome. Great vide and we loved the jazz duo. The rest of the ship's entertainment should have been at this level. We loved the Salt Kitchen and Bar. We would have liked to done the SALT lab but the timing was never right.
Cons: The entertainment was not very good. We only saw one show, but that was enough to know we were not going to enjoy the other shows. The directions to the shuttle to Valencia was a disaster. They needed 1-2 more people to help navigate off the ship to the shuttle.
Review: It took me a little while to figure out what the parameters of the Butler's job was. Once I figured that out, I enjoyed having a butler around. He even set up a special surprise of balloons, cake and champagne in our cabin for our anniversary. The cabin size was great. Having a walk in closet was super. SALT dining and the bar were great, as was all the dining.
Beautiful ship, excellent service, good food
Pros: Beautiful ship, excellent service, good food
Cons: Fees charged for some specialty restaurants
Review: The cruise line was excellent. Next time I will find a cruise with a little more down time. We didn't have any sea days (always sailed at night), so it was one port after another. I enjoyed it all but could have used a little more time for relaxing.
6-star service
Pros: 6-star service
Cons: Still struggling with Covid supply issues and short staffing

Cons: The mis information about exiting the ship for travel and covid
Review:
Lovely ship with beautiful public places which have plenty of space. Staff is well trained and very courteous, within a day they all seemed to know us and called us by name.
Pros: Lovely ship with beautiful public places which have plenty of space. Staff is well trained and very courteous, within a day they all seemed to know us and called us by name.
Cons: The sitting and sleeping area in the suites were very nice! However their walk-in closet was quite small in the standard veranda rooms. The bathroom shower was tiny!
Review: We enjoyed this trip as it was a beautiful area and the ports were quite interesting and beautiful to see! I would recommend this to all.

Review: The Silver Moon is a beautiful new ship. The crew is outstanding. The butlers are available to cater to your every need. The panorama suite was spacious and well appointed. The public rooms are elegant and offer a feeling of luxury. The cruise director Vicki van Tassel is very entertaining. She has an unusual sense of humor and kept us laughing the entire cruise. The food is wonderful with many venues from which to choose. S.A.L.T the new Sea and Land taste kitchen is a must for foodies. The S.A.L.T bar creates many craft cocktails ( with and without alcohol which I appreciated). Foodies will appreciate the cooking classes and demonstrations offered. I really enjoyed Spaccanapoli with authentic pizza from Naples. The Voices of Silversea are a wonderful group of entertainers. The shows range from Opera to Motown. This group also facilitates activities around the ship. I loved the afternoon dance classes. The Silver Note offers dining with a show. This supper club experience will be sure to delight. The Zagara Spa was enjoyable. I received a combination 50 minute massage and 50 minute facial. It was very relaxing and exactly what I needed. This cruise had only 2 ports. Arrecife and Las Palmas in the Canary Islands. The Twizzy electric car experience in Arrecife was a highlight. This concept car was so fun to drive. Las Palmas offered many options for the physically fit. We took the complimentary shuttle into town to shop. The Silver Moon is a luxury experience beyond compare and is highly recommended.
